Charalambos Neocleous holds a BSc degree in Computer Science and Telecommunications (2007) and an MSc degree in Computer Telecommunications and Network Engineering (2010), from the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
In October 2020, Charalambos joined Unmanned Systems Research Laboratory (USRL) at CARE-C of the Cyprus Institute, as a Software Developer for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). His contribution involves the development of various in-house software solutions and programming of sensors and microcontrollers, all aiming to support the operational activities of the USRL and increase the effectiveness and accuracy of UAS missions.
